West Park Village is designed for thoughtful, long-term growth — with each phase bringing new homes, amenities, and opportunities to connect. From completed neighborhoods filled with life to exciting upcoming developments, here’s what’s happening now and what’s next.
Phases 1–4 have brought two new green spaces to the community, complete with playgrounds, walking paths, a pavilion, hockey rink, and basketball court. These phases also introduced a mix of housing styles, including medium-density options like duplexes and a triplex, plus multiple apartment complexes ranging from 24 to 100 units. In Phases 3–4, multiple residential and multi-family lots remain available, offering room for even more growth.

What's Next
Phases 5–7 has continued West Park Village’s vision for a connected, walkable community. Phase 5A will bring 39 new single-family lots, one commercial lot, and a new green space, where construction began in Spring 2025. Phase 5B will add additional commercial lots and complete the planned park. Looking ahead, Phases 6 and 7 will introduce even more residential and mixed-use opportunities, preserving the Village’s commitment to quality design, community gathering spaces, and accessible amenities.
